Zarviva Shipping & Delivery

We value every single customer. Our top priority is making sure your items are processed quickly and delivered as soon as possible.

Note: Our orders only charge product fees and shipping fees (if applicable). Customers do not need to pay importing fees, duties, or VAT (Value Added Tax).

Payment Confirmation

  • Once the order is authorized and verified, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

Processing

  • It usually takes 1–2 business days to process your order for all countries. Please note that holidays and weekends are not included.

Shipping

  • Shipping takes approximately 7–14 business days to reach the destination for all countries. When your order ships, we will send you an email notification with a tracking number.
  • Shipping fee: For all countries we charge $6.99 if the total order amount is less than $69. We ship for free on orders totaling equal to or over $69.

Delivery

  • The time you receive your order is the sum of the order processing time and shipping time. For example, if you order a coat, it will need 1–2 business days of processing time and then 7–14 business days of shipping time. You can expect to receive it in 8–16 business days for all countries.
  • Our system automatically matches the best logistics method based on factors such as the sales platform, product size, and weight. If the street address of the order contains “PO Box”, the system will review and judge based on the delivery logistics you choose. If the logistics method cannot deliver to a “PO Box” address, the order will be treated as abnormal, and our customer service team will notify you to modify the address or cancel the order.
